How to redeem:

Visit the Customer Service Counter at Jurong Point (L3, near Mongkok) or AMK Hub (L2, near Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine) during mall operating hours (10am–10pm).
Tell the Customer Service staff you would like to purchase $100 worth of L Privileges E-Vouchers using Child/Large Family LifeSG Credits.
Open the LifeSG app, scan the QR code at the counter, and complete payment via PayNow.
After successful payment, the $100 L Privileges E-Vouchers and 5,000 Points will be credited to your L Privileges account.

*E-Vouchers are issued in $10 denominations.

Cap applies: maximum total purchase of $500 and up to 5 bonus-point redemptions per member during the campaign period. While stocks last. Other T&Cs apply.

Purchase of L Privileges E-Vouchers must be done in person at Jurong Point or AMK Hub Customer Service Counter.
To qualify for the rebate, the purchase of L Privileges E‑Vouchers must be made using Child/Large Family LifeSG Credits in a single transaction of $100.
For every qualifying $100 L Privileges E‑Voucher purchase, 5,000 Points will be credited to the member’s account. Capped at 5 redemptions per member during the campaign period. E‑Vouchers and Points issuance are while-stocks-last.
Purchase of E‑Vouchers is capped at 5 sets of $100 E‑Vouchers (issued in $10 denominations) per member, equivalent to $500 in total value.
L Privileges account is required for crediting and usage of L Privileges E-Vouchers.
L Privileges E-Vouchers will be credited to the member’s account in denominations of $10.
Strictly no combination of Child LifeSG Credits from different accounts to purchase the E-Vouchers. Purchase must be made with credits from one LifeSG account.
Multiple L Privileges E-Vouchers may be used for the same transaction at participating retailers, unless otherwise stated.
Each E-Voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. No extension of the validity period shall be granted.
The date of issuance of E Voucher is the date the E-Voucher is purchased or redeemed via the app.
The value of each E-Voucher is denominated in Singapore currency.
Subject always to Clause 8A(b) in the Programme T&C, the aggregate value of the E-Vouchers held in a Member’s eWallet shall not at any time exceed S$1,000.00.
E-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and no refund shall be given if the value of the E-Voucher presented at a participating retailer exceeds the amount payable.
E-Vouchers, once issued, cannot be exchanged for any physical Vouchers or Points of any value.
Multiple E-Vouchers may be used for the same transaction at participating retailers, unless otherwise stated.
E-Voucher cannot be replaced if it has been unlawfully obtained, or has expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.
Participating retailers may not accept any E-Vouchers which, in its opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, or has expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.
E-Vouchers shall not (a) be used for or in connection in any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or activity, or (b) except with the prior approval of The Management, be used for or in connection with any business or commercial purpose or activity.
The Management shall not be responsible for any claim, demand, loss, cost, expense, or liability of any kind, which may be suffered or incurred by any person (a) in using or attempting to use any E-Vouchers, (b) in relation to any goods and/or services provided or to be provided by a participating retailers, or (c) in connection with any act or omission by a participating retailer.
