Get more out of your Child LifeSG Credits

In support of the Child LifeSG Credits initiative to defray household expenses, we are adding an additional SG60 celebratory gift to you!

If you have received the Child LifeSG Credits on behalf of your child, it can be used to purchase L Privileges E-Vouchers to offset your grocery purchases, child enrichment classes, books & stationery sets & more.

 

From now till 30 September 2025, get bonus rebates of 6,000 Points (equivalent to $6) when you purchase $100 L Privileges E-Vouchers* with your ChildLifeSG credits.

How to redeem:

  1. Proceed to the Customer Service Counter located at Jurong Point (L3, near Mongkok) and AMK Hub (L2, near Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine) during Malls’ operating hours (10am – 10pm).
  2. Inform Customer Service staff on the purchase of $100 L Privileges E-Vouchers using Child LifeSG Credits
  3. Launch your LifeSG App, scan the QR Code at the counter and pay via PayNow
  4. Once payment is successful, the $100 L Privileges E-Vouchers and 6,000 Points will be credited to your L Privileges account.

  1. Purchase of L Privileges E-Vouchers must be done in person at Jurong Point or AMK Hub Customer Service Counter.
  2. To qualify for the rebates, the purchase of L Privileges E-Vouchers must be made with Child LifeSG credits in a single transaction value of $100.
  3. For every qualifying $100 L Privileges E-Voucher purchase, 6,000 Points will be issued to the member’s account. Capped at 5 redemptions per member in campaign period. E-Vouchers and Points issuance are on a while stock last basis.
  4. Purchase of E-Vouchers is cap at 5 sets of $100 E-Vouchers (in denomination of $10) per member, equivalent to $500 in value.
  5. L Privileges account is required for crediting and usage of L Privileges E-Vouchers.
  6. L Privileges E-Vouchers will be credited to the member’s account in denominations of $10.
  7. Strictly no combination of Child LifeSG Credits from different accounts to purchase the E-Vouchers. Purchase must be made with credits from one LifeSG account.
  8. Multiple L Privileges E-Vouchers may be used for the same transaction at participating retailers, unless otherwise stated.
  9. Each E-Voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. No extension of the validity period shall be granted.
  10. The date of issuance of E Voucher is the date the E-Voucher is purchased or redeemed via the app.
  11. The value of each E-Voucher is denominated in Singapore currency.
  12. Subject always to Clause 8A(b) in the Programme T&C, the aggregate value of the E-Vouchers held in a Member’s eWallet shall not at any time exceed S$1,000.00.
  13. E-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and no refund shall be given if the value of the E-Voucher presented at a participating retailer exceeds the amount payable.
  14. E-Vouchers, once issued, cannot be exchanged for any physical Vouchers or Points of any value.
  15. Multiple E-Vouchers may be used for the same transaction at participating retailers, unless otherwise stated.
  16. E-Voucher cannot be replaced if it has been unlawfully obtained, or has expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.
  17. Participating retailers may not accept any E-Vouchers which, in its opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, or has expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.
  18. E-Vouchers shall not (a) be used for or in connection in any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or activity, or (b) except with the prior approval of The Management, be used for or in connection with any business or commercial purpose or activity.
  19. The Management shall not be responsible for any claim, demand, loss, cost, expense, or liability of any kind, which may be suffered or incurred by any person (a) in using or attempting to use any E-Vouchers, (b) in relation to any goods and/or services provided or to be provided by a participating retailers, or (c) in connection with any act or omission by a participating retailer.
