Please be informed of the changes in operating hours for our Customer Service Counters during Chinese New Year period.

Members may redeem Gift with Purchase items* and/or earn Points with eligible supermarket/foodcourt receipts dated 9th (after 6pm) & 10th Feb 2024 at Customer Service Counters within 7 days from receipt date.

Note: The operating hours above only affects Jurong Point and AMK Hub. Operating hours of the Customer Service counter at Thomson Plaza (near KFC) as per usual, from 10am to 10pm, daily.

*Gift with Purchase items are subject to availability, first-come first-served basis and while stocks last. Unused same-day receipts based on qualifier must be presented and daily redemption limits may apply for Gift with Purchase item (s). In the event of disputes, the decision of the Management is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
