DREAM DRAW 2025 (THE “LUCKY DRAW”) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

1. This Lucky Draw is exclusive to members of the L Privileges Programme (“L Privileges”). Shoppers may download the L Privileges app (the “App”) and sign up as a new member (or log-in as an existing member) to qualify and participate in the Lucky Draw.
2. This Lucky Draw is organized by Link Property Management (Redwood) Private Limited (“Link”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). For the avoidance of doubt, this Lucky Draw is organized and managed solely by Link, and neither Apple (whether via the Apple App Store or otherwise) nor Google (whether via Google Play or otherwise) is the sponsor or connected to the Lucky Draw in any way whatsoever.
3. By participating in this Lucky Draw, such member (i) shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by Link, (ii) and the decisions of Link in relation to and in connection with this Lucky Draw.

Campaign Period

4. The campaign period for accumulation of chances through spending to enter the Lucky Draw is from 0000 hrs on 29 May 2025 to 2359 hrs on 29 June 2025 (both days inclusive).
5. Link reserves the right to adjust the campaign period stated in paragraph 4 at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notification or assignment of reason thereof.

Entering the Lucky Draw

6. With a qualifying spending of minimum S$30 in a single receipt (whether in digital form or otherwise) at participating retailers, members may scan their QR code in the App at such participating retailers’ stores (at the selected malls) to receive one (1) chance to participate in the Lucky Draw to win the prizes set out in paragraph 12, capped at a maximum of 20 chances per day of the campaign period, regardless of the amount spent. In this connection, the lists of “participating retailers” and selected malls are as follows:

7. The term “qualifying spending” means transactions that are scanned at point of purchase at participating retailers.
   1. Link may reject any tax invoice, receipts and/or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
   2. Link reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the member and the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) before processing the redemption of chances for participation in the Lucky Draw.

Eligibility

8. The Lucky Draw is open to all members of L Privileges who possess a valid and live account from the commencement of the campaign period to the Draw Date (both dates inclusive). By participating in the Lucky Draw, you hereby warrant and represent that the information provided under “My Profile” of the App is accurate, complete, and true. Link reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible member in its absolute discretion, if there are any reasonable grounds to believe that such member may have contravened or will contravene any of the T&Cs set out herein.
9. The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw:
   1. all permanent or contract employees (“Employees”) of Link, whether permanent or contract, including Link’s affiliates, subsidiaries and any related companies; and
   2. (if applicable) all agencies and/or service providers engaged by Link (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotion agencies, printing companies, event management agencies and any persons assisting or who are involved in the Lucky Draw) and their Employees and Immediate Family Members.
10. Link shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of members and such determination shall be final and conclusive and Link shall not be obliged to provide any reason for its determination.

Lucky Draw and Prizes

11. Subject always to paragraph 24, the Lucky Draw will be conducted on 3 July 2025 or such other date as may be determined by Link in its sole and absolute discretion (the “Draw Date”) between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, at the office of Link, which is located at 50 Raffles Place, #15-01/02 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623.

13. The Lucky Draw will be conducted by way of a random computerized electronic draw. A designated representative of Link will be responsible for conducting the draw in the presence of a scrutineer who is not associated with Link or otherwise involved in the conduct of the Lucky Draw.
14. The winners of the Lucky Draw will be notified by email, telephone via call and/or SMS (in accordance with such information provided by the winner in his/her member profile within the App) from 9 July 2025. If a winner does not respond to Link within 7 days of being notified, or fails to comply with any instructions in relation to his/her prize as specified by Link where applicable, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Link shall be entitled to either draw another winner subsequently or donate such prize (where feasible) to a registered charity organization of Link’s choice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
15. The redemption of prizes by the winners will be as follows:
    1. For digital prizes which may include (but is not limited to) L Privileges e-Vouchers, Points, carpark credits or coupon, the same will be automatically credited to such winner’s L Privileges account within 30 days from the Draw Date, subject to satisfactory verification as conducted by Link.
    2. For physical prizes, Link will issue an email within 21 days from the Draw Date enclosing the retailer’s acknowledgement letter and/or a coupon with instructions to the winner regarding the collection or redemption of the prize from such retailer’s store or the customer service counter (as the case may be) (collectively, the “Redemption Instructions”), subject to satisfactory verification as conducted by Link. Where the issuance of an email containing the Redemption Instructions is not viable for whatsoever reasons, Link will use reasonable endeavors to contact such winner by phone and request the winner to furnish a valid email address for receipt of the Redemption Instructions, and in the event that such winner remains uncontactable for whatsoever reasons, Link may at its sole and absolute discretion elect to forfeit such prize and either draw another winner or donate the prize to a registered charity organization of Link’s choice.
16. All prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credits, benefits-in-kind or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Where prizes contain any specific date for which such prize must be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained and if any such prize is not utilized by such date, that prize shall be forfeited, and the winner shall not be entitled to any other compensation. Link hereby expressly disclaims any warranties, express or implied, in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
17. Link reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with items of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notice or assigning of any reason.
18. Link and/or any of the sponsors of the prizes stated in paragraph 12 hereby make no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any of the prizes. The prizes provided shall be on an “as-is” basis.
19. Link reserves the right to disqualify any winner if there are any reasonable grounds to believe that such member may have contravened or will contravene any of the T&Cs set out herein, including but not limited to any fraudulent and dishonest behavior in the earning and accumulation of chances to participate in the Lucky Draw, and any such prize may be subsequently revoked and/or reclaimed for its monetary value (as the case may be).

Use of Personal Information

20. By entering the Lucky Draw, the participating members are deemed to have consented to:
    1. the collection, use and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice and/or likeness by Link for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law; and
    2. the collection, processing, storage, disclosure or otherwise of his/her personal data by Link for the purposes of conducting and administering the Lucky Draw. The term “personal data” has the same meaning ascribed to it in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012).

Liability and Responsibility

21. Link, its Employees, agents or distributors, shall not in any circumstances be liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize or participation in this Lucky Draw except where it is caused or occasioned by the gross negligence or willful default of Link, its Employees, agents or distributors. Each participating member of the Lucky Draw hereby agrees to indemnify Link and hold Link harmless against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with his or her participation in this Lucky Draw.
22. Link will not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, breaches of security, internet line failure, theft, destruction of or unauthorized access to entries, computer glitches (whether or not arising during operations or transmission) as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside of its control relating to the Lucky Draw including but not limited to any error in notification to prize winners.

General

23. The decision of Link regarding any aspect of the Lucky Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
24. Link reserves the right to void, cancel, amend or suspend the Lucky Draw at its sole and absolute discretion.
25. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Lucky Draw, in particular that relate to the prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Link and its affiliates and contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates.
26. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the T&Cs herein and any other advertisements, promotional, publicity materials in relation to the Lucky Draw, the T&Cs herein shall prevail.
27. These T&Cs are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 2001 of Singapore to enforce any provision of these T&Cs.
28. These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participating members and winners agree to irrevocably and unconditionally submit any claim or dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

SPEND & REDEEM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Shoppers are required to be an L Privileges member to be eligible for Spend & Redeem rewards.
2. To be eligible for the redemption, each purchase must be made by you personally at a participating Retailer’s store and must amount to a minimum of $20 nett in a single receipt.
3. Transactions must be scanned personally at the point of purchase via the member QR code within the same-day, same-mall on the L Privileges App. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same account.
4. For supermarket spending at AMK Hub & Jurong Point, member must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with member QR code at Customer Service to earn the rewards.
5. For supermarket spending at Swing By @ Thomson Plaza, member must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with member QR code at Fairprice Finest Customer Service to earn the rewards.
6. To qualify for Tier 2 - 5,000 Points, a minimum spend of $30 in a single receipt is required at selected L Privileges retailers. One (1) redemption per member per day per mall, limited to first 1,000 redemptions only across all malls. Reward will be automatically credited with qualifying spend.

7. To qualify for Tier 3 - 8,000 Points, a minimum spend of $60 in a single receipt is required at selected L Privileges retailers. One (1) redemption per member per day per mall, limited to first 1,000 redemptions only across all malls. Reward will be automatically credited with qualifying spend.

8. To qualify for Tier 4 - 5,000 Points, a minimum spend of $100/ $200 (for supermarket/hypermarket) in a single receipt is required at any participating L Privileges retailers. One (1) redemption per member per day per mall, limited to first 8,300 redemptions only across all malls. Reward will be automatically credited with qualifying spend.
9. To qualify for Tier 5 - $10 L Privileges E-Voucher, a minimum spend of $200/ $400 (for supermarket/hypermarket) in a single receipt is required at any participating L Privileges retailers. One (1) redemption per member per day per mall, limited to first 3,000 redemptions only across all malls. Reward will be automatically credited with qualifying spend.
10. To qualify for the Bonus HSBC Cards Exclusive tiers, $5 L Privileges E-Voucher is applicable with minimum spend of $50 in a single receipt while $10 L Privileges E-Voucher is applicable with minimum spend of $100 in max 3 same-day, same-mall receipts, for spend with HSBC Cards.
11. For the HSBC Cards Exclusive tiers, it is limited to one (1) redemption per cardholder, per day, per mall and only applicable at Jurong Point or AMK Hub. Limited to the first 373 redemptions for $5 L Privileges E-Vouchers and 450 redemptions for the $10 L Privileges E-Vouchers across Jurong Point & AMK Hub. Cardholder is required to present the HSBC Credit Card charge slips together with the retailer receipts for verification upon redemption at the respective mall Customer Service Counters.
12. The HSBC Cards Exclusive Bonus E-Vouchers are redeemable at Customer Service Counter on a first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis.
    • AMK Hub (L2) from 10am to 10pm, last redemption at 9.45pm
    • Jurong Point (L3) from 10am to 10pm, last redemption at 9.45pm
13. All rewards are stackable, on a first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis.
14. In the event of disputes, all decisions made by The Management will be final.
15. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
