Christmas 2025 Spend and Redeem

1.Shopper redeemed a coupon on 1 Dec on the App but forgot to collect. Can shoppers collect during other times?

Ans: No, coupons redeemed on 1 Dec can only be collected from 1-3 December. Unredeemed coupons will expire and be forfeited.

2. Can shopper redeem more than 1 umbrella?

Ans: No, the umbrella redemption/collection is strictly limited to 1 per member per mall per campaign period.

3. Shopper redeemed coupon for collection at AMK Hub. Can shopper request and choose to collect at other Malls?

Ans: No, the umbrella redemption / collection is strictly limited to 1 per member per mall per campaign.

4. A qualifying shopper without a coupon visits the event on 3 Dec at Jurong Point / AMK Hub for umbrella collection. Can shopper redeem an umbrella?

Ans: No, collection is only applicable for shoppers who have redeemed either a coupon released on 1 Dec or 4 Dec.

5. A qualifying shopper without a coupon visits the event on Sunday of the event week at any malls for umbrella collection. Can shopper redeem an umbrella without a coupon?

Ans: No, umbrella collection is applicable for shoppers who have redeemed a coupon on the App. Shopper can go to App to see if coupon is still available for redemption for collection at the event.

6. Shopper wants to exchange umbrella on the following day due to faulty item. Can shopper exchange the umbrella?

Ans: No, exchange of umbrella is strictly not allowed after leaving the event upon collection of the umbrella. Shopper is required to check the condition of the umbrella upon collection. Should there be any issues with the goods, shopper will need to inform the staff upon redemption for 1 to 1 exchange on the spot.

7. Shopper made a qualifying spend and wish to redeem an umbrella coupon. Can he/she choose which period to collect the umbrella?

Ans: Shopper can choose to redeem the coupon released on 1 Dec if he/she can redeem the umbrella at the event from 1 – 3 Dec and choose to redeem the coupon released on 4 Dec if he/she can redeem the umbrella at the event from 4 – 7 Dec.

1. All rewards and gifts are on a first-come-first-served and while stocks last basis.

2. All promotions are valid till 28 December, unless otherwise specified.

3. Shoppers will need to be L Privileges members and download the L Privileges app to qualify.

4. To be eligible for the redemption, each purchase must be made by you personally at a participating Retailer’s store and must amount to a minimum of $20 nett in a single receipt.

5. Transactions must be scanned personally at the point of purchase via the member QR code within the same-day, same-mall on the L Privileges App. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same account.

6. For supermarket spending at AMK Hub & Jurong Point, member must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with member QR code at the Customer Service Counters to qualify for redemption.

7. For supermarket spending at Swing By @ Thomson Plaza, member must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with member QR code at FairPrice Finest Customer Service before proceeding to the Customer Service Counter, Level 2, Thomson Plaza (opposite Value $ Shop) for redemption.

8. For redemption with digital FairPrice receipts, shoppers may be required to show the registered name/ mobile number/ email in the FairPrice app to verify against L Privileges account.

9. 3,000 Points are only applicable for redemption with minimum spend of $50 in a single receipt. It is limited to one (1) redemption per member per day per mall during the campaign period, on a first-come first-served while stocks last basis. Points will be automatically credited to the registered L Privileges account.

10. 27” Colour Changing Umbrella are only applicable for redemption with minimum spend of $120 or $240 for supermarket/hypermarket receipt, in a single receipt. It is limited to one (1) redemption per member per day per mall during the campaign period, on a first-come first-served while stocks last basis.

• Umbrella Redemption E-Coupons will be released on the L Privileges App on 1 and 4 Dec, 10am, for Jurong Point and AMK Hub, and 8 Dec for Swing By @ Thomson Plaza.
• Shoppers who redeemed their coupons from 1 Dec – 3 Dec may collect their umbrellas at the event site from 1 – 3 Dec
• Shoppers who redeemed their coupons on 4 Dec – 7 Dec may collect their umbrellas at the event site from 4 – 7 Dec
• Shoppers who redeemed their coupons from 8 Dec – 14 Dec may collect their umbrellas at the event site from 8 – 14 Dec
• Shopper are required to redeem either a coupon released on 1 Dec, 4 Dec or 8 Dec and adhere to the respective collection period stated. Shoppers who visit the event site without a valid redemption coupon or with an expired coupon will not be eligible for redemption
• Coupons that are not utilised within the specified collection period will expire and be forfeited
• Changes to collection date are strictly not permitted
• Redemption of umbrella is based on first-come first served and while stocks last basis. Shoppers with an Umbrella Redemption Coupon does not guarantee an umbrella
• Shoppers are required to inspect the condition of the umbrella at the point of collection at the event site. In the event of any defects, shoppers must inform the staff immediately upon redemption for a 1-to-1 exchange, subject to stock availability
• Umbrella redemption is available at the event site from 12PM – 7.45PM

11. $20 L Privileges E-Vouchers are only applicable for redemption with minimum spend of $240 or $480 with supermarket/hypermarket receipt, in a single receipt. It is limited to one (1) redemption per member per day per mall during the campaign period, on a first-come first-served while stocks last basis. E-Vouchers will be automatically credited to the registered L Privileges account.

15. In the event of disputes, all decisions made by The Management will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

DCS Cardmember Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is available at Jurong Point and AMK Hub from 19 November 2025 to 31 Mar 2026, both days inclusive.
2. To be eligible for the redemption, each purchase must be made by you personally at a participating Retailer’s store and must amount to a minimum of $20 nett in a single receipt, unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment must be made by a valid DCS card.
4. Transactions must be scanned personally at the point of purchase via the member QR code within the same-day, same-mall on the L Privileges App. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same account.
5. Present same-day, same-mall receipt, DCS Credit Card, and charge slip at the Customer Service counters for redemption.
6. For redemption with digital FairPrice receipts, shoppers may be required to show the registered name/ mobile number/ email in the FairPrice app to verify against L Privileges account.
7. To qualify for $10 L Privileges E-Voucher, a minimum spend of $80 (including supermarket) in max. of 3 same-day, same-mall receipts is required.
8. Limited to 3 redemptions per member per day per mall for the entire campaign period. While stocks last. Limited to first 691 redemptions only. Other T&Cs apply.
9. Redemption at Customer Service Counter only on a first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis.
