How to register?
Register via L Privileges App from now to 17 August 2025

Heartland Run 2025 Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
- The following Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”) govern the participation in the Heartland Run 2025 Virtual Run (the “Event”) organised by Link Property Management (Redwood) Private Limited (“Link”) and managed by 42Technology Pte Ltd (“42Tech”) (hereby collectively referred to as the “Organisers”). All the terms and conditions and other relevant rules and regulations, applicable to the participants of the Event (the “Participants”), can be found at https://www.lprivileges.com/ (the “Link’s Website”) and https://heartlandrun.42campaign.io (the “Official Event Website”). In the event of any inconsistencies between any of the aforesaid terms and the T&Cs, the T&Cs here shall prevail.
- The Organisers reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to modify these T&Cs, suspend, alter, or terminate access to the Event, either temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice to Participants. Unless stated otherwise, any such aforesaid changes will take effect immediately. By continuing to access or use the Official Event Website, or participate in the Event after any such aforesaid changes are made, Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to such revised T&Cs. It is the Participant’s responsibility to regularly review Link’s Website and Official Event Website for the most current version of these T&Cs and any Event updates.
- The Event is exclusive to members (the “Members”) of the L Privileges Programme (“L Privileges”). Members may download the L Privileges app (the “App”) and sign up as a new member to participate in the Event.
- The Event is a virtual run where Participants may run or walk at any location, date, and time of their choice during the period from 0000 hrs on 30 June 2025 to 2359 hrs on 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Event Period”).
- Headings are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these T&Cs
- Registration and Payment
A. General Registration Mechanism- Registration for the Event commences on 29 May 2025 and ends on 17 August 2025, or when the Event has reached its target capacity (as determined solely by the Organisers), whichever is earlier. Any extension for registration will be reflected on Link’s Website and/or Official Event Website.
- By registering for the Event, each Member/Participant confirms that they are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration for the Event. Any Member/Participants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian prior to registering and participating in the Event. In such cases, the parent or guardian must certify that they have read, understood, and accepted these T&Cs on behalf of the Participant.
- Each Member may choose to register and participate in either the “Basic” or “Premium” race categories in the App, where the Premium race category would require a one-time participation fee of $9.90/- (inclusive of GST) (the “Fee”) which must be paid in full via the App. Upon the election of participating in either the “Basic” or “Premium” (subject to full payment of the Fee) race category, the Member will receive an e-coupon which contains a unique promo code*, which must subsequently be entered into the Official Event Website to successfully complete the registration for the Event. Registration for the Event is only confirmed upon the Member/Participant’s receipt of a confirmation email issued by 42Tech. Participation in the Event is strictly non-refundable, and the Member/Participant is not allowed to switch between the categories.
*Please see Clause 2(b) for more information on the promo code - 42Tech is not involved in or responsible for the payment process and does not collect, process, or handle any payments (including the Fee) related to the Event. All payment-related matters, including payment failures, refunds (if applicable), or disputes, are solely managed by Link.
- For the purpose of Event registration and management, Member/Participants shall, to the best of their knowledge and efforts:
- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in all registration forms (“Registration Data”); and
- Ensure that the personal information provided is the same as those stored in their L Privileges account; and
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of their password and account credentials; and
- Promptly update their Registration Data on the Official Event Website to ensure that the same remains accurate, current, and complete.
- If any Registration Data provided is found, or reasonably suspected, to be false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, the Organisers reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Participant’s registration and deny access to the Official Event Website and its services, either in whole or in part.
- The Participant understands and agrees that their registration and participation in the Event is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be assigned or passed to any other individual. No substitute participant will be allowed to take part in the Event on behalf of the registered Participant.
- The Organiser may contact Participants via the email address and/or mobile number provided during registration, as may be necessary. Any communications sent to the registered contact details will be deemed received by the Participant.
- The Organisers reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Participant’s account without compensation to him/her and/or prevent his/her account access to the Official Event Website if he/she is found to have materially violated the T&Cs herein.
- Each Participant is allowed to create and maintain only one account on the Official Event Website. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using a single or multiple identities, constitutes a material breach of these T&Cs and may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts. Following such action, the Participant will be prohibited from accessing the Official Event Website. The Organisers have the right to review and investigate all allegations of fraudulent or unauthorized activities and to take all measures deemed necessary to ensure a fair sign-up scheme is implemented accordingly.
B. Use of Promo Code(s)
- Each Participant shall only use one promo code to complete their registration on the Official Event Website. Each promo code is valid for one-time use only, is non-transferable, and must not be shared with others.
- The Organisers reserve the right to invalidate or void any promo codes that have been or reasonably suspected to have been tampered with, misused, or obtained through unauthorised channels.
- The Organisers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired promo codes. Participants are solely responsible for safeguarding their promo code until registration is successfully completed.
- Registration will not be considered complete without the correct submission and validation of the promo code on the Official Event Website.
- The Organisers reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or withdraw any promo code and its associated terms at any time without any prior notice or liability.
- Collection of Goodie Bags (applicable to Participants in Premium race category only)
- This clause is applicable to Participants registered under the Premium race category only.
- To collect goodie bags, Participants are required to present their e-coupon found in the App for redemption and verification purposes. Photocopies, screenshots, or any digital reproductions of the e-coupon will strictly not be accepted. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse collection of goodie bags by any Participants who fail to present the required documents.
- Participants must collect their goodie bag in person between 1 July and 31 August 2025, 11am to 9pm, at the designated Link’s Malls Customer Service Counters listed below:
- Jurong Point: JP2, Level 3 (entrance of Mongkok)
- AMK Hub: Level 2 (near Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine)
- All goodie bags will be issued at random (ie. no choosing of goodie bags) and must be taken as-is. Once a goodie bag has been issued, there will be no exchange, replacement, or refund (including any of the contents of the goodie bags, unless there are material defects or damage upon receipt (subject to verification).
- Event Participation
- The Event consists of five (5) milestones, each indicating the cumulative distance to be covered:

Any distance covered before or after the Event Period will not be considered. Participants may accumulate the distance either in a single session or over multiple sessions within the Event Period.
- Upon successful submission and validation of each milestone on the Official Event Website, Participants will unlock an e-Badge as a digital achievement.
- For Participants registered in the Premium race category, additional rewards or entitlements as specified in Clause 4.1 will be awarded upon successful completion of the milestones. Details of the rewards, entitlements, and collection methods will be published on Link’s Website and/or the App.
- The Organisers shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine the criteria for completion, reward entitlement, and to verify submissions by Participants.
- There are no fixed or designated race routes for the Event. Participants are responsible for selecting their own route and location. Participants are advised to choose routes that are safe, accessible, and offer a reliable GPS signal. Participants must adhere to all applicable local laws, regulations, and government health or safety guidelines. Additionally, Participants are expected to exercise caution and follow standard pedestrian safety practices when using public roads or shared pathways.
- Participants must complete the Event on foot. The use of any assisted, wheeled vehicles or devices is strictly prohibited throughout the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, motorcycles, and cars.
- Participants must submit their records using any of the methods below:
- For auto-submission: (only for Strava users) Participants may connect their Strava account to their account on the Official Event Website and ensure that the auto-synchronisation function has been properly activated.
- For manual submission: (for all other apps) Participants may upload screenshots of their runs via the Official Event Website. Each screenshot must display the date, time, distance (in km) and the duration of the run. Verified submissions will be added to the Participant’s account or the Participant will be contacted if there are issues with the submission. Any screenshots that are found to be duplicated or tampered with, will automatically be disregarded.
- The Event consists of five (5) milestones, each indicating the cumulative distance to be covered:
- Milestone rewards
- All Participants, regardless of race categories, will receive an e-Badge upon successful completion of each milestone. Upon completion of up to Milestone 5, Participants will receive an e-Certificate within 60 days from the end of the Event Period.
- Participants in the Premium race category will receive additional rewards listed in Paragraph 4.1 for completing each milestone within the Event Period. Additional rewards will be automatically credited to the Participant’s L Privileges account within thirty (30) days from and including the date of their completion of each milestone, subject to successful verification to the satisfaction of Link.
- Participants may refer to their account profile page on the Official Event Website at any time to track their milestone progress, unlock e-Badges, and redeem other applicable rewards.
- Participants may access their account to view and download their e-Certificates between 30 June 2025 and 31 October 2025 (both dates inclusive). Participants must submit at least one (1) walk/run record successfully within the Event Period to receive the e-Certificates. There will not be any mailing of hardcopy certificates or emailing of e-Certificates to Participants.
- Participants in the Premium race category will be notified of the details of the finisher medal collection at the end of the Event. Participants may also check Link’s website or the App for such information.
- All rewards are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credits, benefits-in-kind or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Where rewards contain any specific date for which such reward must be utilised, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained and if any such reward is not utilised by such date, that reward shall be forfeited, and the Participant shall not be entitled to any other compensation. Link hereby expressly disclaims any warranties, express or implied, in connection with any rewards to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
- Should there be any fraudulent or wrongful activity or result found, the Participant’s account will be suspended, and the Participant will be disqualified from the Event. The Participant will not be eligible for any of the rewards obtained through the Event.
- Link reserves the right to replace any of the rewards with items of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notice or assigning of any reason.
- Link and/or any of the sponsors of the rewards stated in the paragraph 4.1 hereby make no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any of the rewards. The rewards provided shall be on an “as-is” basis.
- The decisions of the Organisers with respect to the Participant(s) and rewards for each milestone shall be final and binding on all Participants.
- Liability and Responsibility
- The Organisers will not be liable for any technical glitches, faults, delays, virus, malware in the Participant’s mobile applications or through Participant’s participation in the Event, nor for any loss and damage suffered as a result thereof.
- Participants acknowledge and accept that they will be required to use third-party programmes, software, websites and applications and will be subject to the terms and conditions, including privacy policies, governing a Participant’s use of such third-party programmes, websites and applications. The Organisers have no control over the rights and obligations governing a Participant’s use of any third party’s programmes, software, websites and applications.
- The Organisers shall not be liable for or be responsible in respect of any expenses, losses, costs, damages, liabilities or other consequences of whatsoever nature (collectively “Losses”) suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by Participants of the Event howsoever caused or arising and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, whether by reason of or on account of any act or omission whether negligent or otherwise on the part of the Organisers or their employees or agents.
- The Participants acknowledge that the inherent risks, hazards and dangers (collectively, the “Risks”) present via the participation in this Event can cause injury, damage, death or other loss. The following describes some, but not all of the Risks, as applicable to a Participant:
- Risks in any athletic activity. Competing in an event associated with physical exercise, running and other conditioning involves frequent use of the arms and legs, fitness and endurance.
- Running Risks. These Risks include the Risk of losing control and falling to the ground, colliding with objects or people, tripping or falling down or encountering other hazards.
- Personal health and participation Risks. The Risk that a Participant’s mental, physical or emotional condition (including any use or abuse of alcohol or prescription or non-prescription drugs), whether disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, combined with participation in the Event could result in injury, damage, death or other loss.
- The Participants hereby acknowledge the following:
- any participation in the Event is out of one’s own free will and volition, and he/she is fully aware of the Risks involved.
- they do not suffer from any congenital or acquired physical condition or injury that could affect their conditions of health or life, should they participate in the Event. They acknowledge that participation in the Event involves the Risks.
- a. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Participant agree as follows: to release and not to sue the Organisers, Event sponsors, Event organizers, Event promoters, Event producers, Event officials, Event staff, advertisers, administrators, contractors, vendors, volunteers, and all property owners and state, and other governmental bodies, whose property and/or personnel are used and/or in any way assist in locations where the Event may take place, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, assignees, licensees, owners, officers, directors, partners, board members, shareholders, members, supervisors, insurers, agents, employees, volunteers, contractors and representatives and all other persons or entities associated or involved with the Event (the "Released Parties"), with respect to any and all claims, liabilities, suits or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) (the “Claim” or “Claim(s)”) that I may have, for any injury, damage, death or other loss in any way connected with my enrolment or participation in the Event. I understand I agree here to waive all Claim(s) I may have against the Released Parties and agree that neither I, nor anyone acting on my behalf, will make a Claim against the Released Parties for any loss I may suffer, if I suffer injury, damage, death or other loss; to defend and Indemnify (“Indemnify” meaning protect by reimbursement or payment) the Released Parties with respect to any and all Claim(s) brought by or on behalf of me, or other family member/s, a co-participant or any other person, for any injury, damage, death, lost and/or stolen property or other loss in any way connected with my, or my child’s, enrolment or participation in and/or assistance with the Event, including use of and/or assistance with any equipment, facilities or premises (and losses resulting from the inherent or other risks of the Event).
b. This Release and Indemnity section includes Claim(s) resulting from any of the Released Parties’ negligence (but not any of their intentional misconduct), and includes Claim(s) for personal injury or wrongful death (including Claim(s) related to emergency, medical, drug and/or health issues, response, assessment or treatment), property damage, loss of consortium, breach of contract or any other Claim. - The Organisers shall, unless stated otherwise, be jointly and severally liable for all obligations, debts, claims and liabilities arising from or in connection with the Event.
- General
- By participating in the Event, each Participant agrees and consent to the Organisers and their related corporations (collectively, the "Companies"), as well as their respective representatives, the Companies' authorised service providers and relevant third parties (the Companies and all the other foregoing parties, collectively, “Entities”), collecting, using, disclosing, and/or sharing amongst themselves such personal data, for purposes reasonably required by the Companies to conduct the Event which the Participant is signing up for and such other purposes as described in the Privacy Statement of the respective Organisers which each Participant confirms they have read and understood.
- Each Participant’s consent herein supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents that Participant may have previously provided to any Entities, and each Participant’s consents herein are cumulative and additional to any rights which any of the Entities may have to collect, use, and/or disclose of a Participant’s personal data, with or without that Participant’s consent, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
- Participants grant the Organisers the rights necessary for distribution and public display of any content submitted as part of this Event, and hereby grants the Organisers a royalty-free, and perpetual right to exclusively and without limitation freely use, modify, edit, copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, translate, create derivative works from, alter and publicly display or publish any such intellectual property rights, for whatever purpose, in any form or medium, either on the Instagram/ Facebook page or elsewhere, whether promotional or in other activities or events arranged in relation to the Event, whether locally or worldwide.
- Any waiver of rights under these T&Cs must be made in writing. No failure or delay by the Organisers in exercising any right shall be deemed a waiver unless expressly stated in writing.
- These T&Cs shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereto.
- These T&Cs shall take precedence over any other forms, correspondence or contracts a Participant may sign with any Entities in connection with the Event.

Heartland Run 2025 Social Media Contest Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) shall apply to all Heartland Run 2025 (“The Race”) social media (Facebook/ Instagram/ TikTok/ or the applicable platform on which the contest is running) Contest (“Contest”), unless otherwise stated.
Introduction
- This Contest is exclusive to members of the L Privileges Programme (“L Privileges”). Contestants may download the L Privileges app (the “App”) and sign up as a new member to participate in this Contest.
- This Contest is organized by Link Property Management (Redwood) Private Limited (“Link”).
- By participating in the Contest, such member (i) shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by Link, (ii) and the decisions of Link in relation to and in connection with this Contest.
Campaign Period
- The campaign period to enter the Contest is from 0000 hrs on 30 June 2025 to 2359 hrs on 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive).
- Link reserves the right to adjust the campaign period stated in paragraph 4 at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notification or assignment of reason thereof.
- The winners of the Contest will be determined solely by and announced not later than 10 September 2025 (“Announcement Date”).
Eligibility
- The Contest is open to all members of L Privileges who possess a valid and live account from the commencement of the Campaign Period to the Announcement Date (both dates inclusive). By participating in the Contest, you hereby warrant and represent that the information provided under “My Profile” of the App is accurate, complete, and true. Link reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible member in its absolute discretion, if there are any reasonable grounds to believe that such member may have contravened or will contravene any of the T&Cs set out herein.
- Members must have an active account on the relevant social media platform (Facebook, Instagram and/or TikTok); and have their social media account privacy setting not set as “hidden” or “private” during the Contest Period, i.e., accounts must be public.
- The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest:
- all permanent or contract employees (“Employees”) of Link, whether permanent or contract, including Link’s affiliates, subsidiaries and any related companies; and
- (if applicable) all agencies and/or service providers engaged by Link (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotion agencies, printing companies, event management agencies and any persons assisting or who are involved in the Contest) and their Employees and Immediate Family Member. and Immediate Family Members.
- Link shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of members and such determination shall be final and conclusive and Link shall not be obliged to provide any reason for its determination.
Entering the Contest
- Members must join and participate in The Race organised by Link between 30 June 2025 and 31 August 2025 to qualify for this Contest.
- Members must post a photo or video on any of their social media accounts with the following:
- Official hashtag (#Link20Run)
- Contain the element of “20” or “twenty” such as:
- GPS map route forming the number “20” (or shaped creatively)
- a selfie or action photo featuring the number 20 (e.g. distance, shirt, backdrop, etc) during the run.
- Follow and tag @jurongpoint, @swingbyattp @amk_hub in the caption.
- Only Entries submitted during the Contest Period will be considered (i.e. Entries submitted after the contest period will not be considered).
- Each member may submit multiple entries during the Contest Period. Duplicate entries on different platforms will be counted as a single entry.
- Members are responsible for their own costs and expenses related to Contest participation, and no reimbursement may be sought from Link.
Prizes
- Subject to paragraph 29 below, the selection of winners will be determined by Link in its sole and absolute discretion, where all entries will be evaluated based on their creativity, application and visual appeal.
- There will be a total of 3 winners for the prize of $200 L Privileges E-Vouchers each.
- Winners will be announced on Link’s websites and/or social media. Winners may be asked to provide their full name, contact number, and/or partial NRIC/FIN number for verification and auditing purposes.
- If a winner does not respond to Link within 3 days of being notified, or fails to comply with any instructions in relation to his/her prize as specified by Link where applicable, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Link shall be entitled to either draw another winner subsequently or donate such prize (where feasible) to a registered charity organization of Link’s choice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
- The redemption of prizes by the winners will be automatically credited to such winner’s L Privileges account within 21 days from the Announcement Date, subject to satisfactory verification as conducted by Link.
- All prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credits, benefits-in-kind or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Where prizes contain any specific date for which such prize must be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained and if any such prize is not utilized by such date, that prize shall be forfeited, and the winner shall not be entitled to any other compensation. Link hereby expressly disclaims any warranties, express or implied, in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
- Link reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with items of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notice or assigning of any reason.
- Link and/or any of the sponsors of the prizes stated in the Contest hereby make no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any of the prizes. The prizes provided shall be on an “as-is” basis.
- Link reserves the right to disqualify any winner if there are any reasonable grounds to believe that such member may have contravened or will contravene any of the T&Cs set out herein, including but not limited to any fraudulent and dishonest behavior in the earning and accumulation of chances to participate in the Contest, and any such prize may be subsequently revoked and/or reclaimed for its monetary value (as the case may be).
Use of Personal Information
- By entering the Contest, the participating members are deemed to have consented to:
- the collection, use and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice and/or likeness by Link for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law; and
- the collection, processing, storage, disclosure or otherwise of his/her personal data by Link for the purposes of conducting and administering the Contest. The term “personal data” has the same meaning ascribed to it in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012).
Liability and Responsibility
- Link, its Employees, agents or distributors, shall not in any circumstances be liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize or participation in this Contest except where it is caused or occasioned by the gross negligence or willful default of Link, its Employees, agents or distributors. Each participating member of the Contest hereby agrees to indemnify Link and hold Link harmless against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with his or her participation in this Contest.
- Link will not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, breaches of security, internet line failure, theft, destruction of or unauthorized access to entries, computer glitches (whether or not arising during operations or transmission) as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside of its control relating to the Contest including but not limited to any error in notification to prize winners.
General
- The decision of Link regarding any aspect of the Contest is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Link reserves the right to void, cancel, amend or suspend the Contest at its sole and absolute discretion.
- Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Contest, in particular that relate to the prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Link and its affiliates and contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates.
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the T&Cs herein and any other advertisements, promotional, publicity materials in relation to the Contest, the T&Cs herein shall prevail.
- These T&Cs are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 2001 of Singapore to enforce any provision of these T&Cs.
- These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participating members and winners agree to irrevocably and unconditionally submit any claim or dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

- What is the Heartland Run 2025?
The Heartland Run 2025 is a virtual run organised by Link Property Management (Redwood) Private Limited and managed by 42Technology. Participants can complete milestone distances at their own time and pace between 30 June and 31 August 2025, while earning e-Badges and additional rewards (for premium category participants only).
- Who can register for Heartland Run?
The Event is exclusive to members of the L Privileges Programme. Members may download the L Privileges app and sign up as a new member to participate in the Event.
- When can I register for Heartland Run?
Registration for the event will open from 29 May to 17 August 2025.
- How to register for Heartland Run?
You must go to L Privileges App to select either Basic (Free) or Premium ($9.90 incl. GST) race category. Payment must be made via the L Privileges App for Premium race category. You’ll receive an e-Coupon with a registration promo code, which must be entered on https://heartlandrun.42campaign.io/ to complete registration.

- Can I make changes to my particulars after I have registered?

- Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. Participation is strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable, regardless of your race category.
- Can I register for multiple participants under one account?
No, each participant is allowed to create and maintain only one account on https://heartlandrun.42campaign.io/.
- What should I do if I have issues with registration or entering my promo code?

Heartland Run
- When is the Heartland Run?
The event will take place from 30 June 00:00:00 to 31 August 23:59:59 (SGT).
- How do I make submission for the virtual challenge?
You can submit your activities via automatic submissions through Strava (please ensure your Strava account is connected to your event account) or manual submissions (please submit screenshots from the GPS fitness tracking app with the date, distance and duration clearly captured).
- How do I track my progress?
Log your runs and milestone completions on the Official Event Website - https://heartlandrun.42campaign.io/ during the Event Period. You can walk or run anywhere, anytime, and submit your distances via the platform.

- Do I have to complete all 5 milestones?
You are encouraged to complete all 5 milestones to unlock the full set of e-Badges, e-Certificate and additional rewards (for Premium race category only). However, there is no penalty for stopping at any milestone.
- How and when are rewards issued?
Upon completion of each milestone, participants will unlock a digital e-badge, viewable via their account profile on the platform. All participants will also receive an e-Certificate within 60 days from the end of the Event Period, regardless of whether they reach milestone 5. Additional rewards (For Premium race category only) will be automatically credited to the Participant’s L Privileges account within thirty (30) days from the date of their completion of each milestone, subject to successful verification by the Organisers.
- How do I collect the goodie bag (Premium category only)?
Between 1 July and 31 August 2025, 11am to 9pm, participants must present the goodie bag e-Coupon in person at the designated Link’s Malls Customer Service Counters listed below:
- Jurong Point: JP2, Level 3 (entrance of Mongkok)
- AMK Hub: Level 2 (near Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine)
- How do I know if I’m entitled to the finisher medal?
You are entitled to a finisher medal if you meet both of the following conditions:
- You are registered under the Premium race category, and
- You have completed at least 20km during the Event Period (30 June – 31 August 2025).
Once these conditions are met and verified by the Organisers, your entitlement will be reflected in the Rewards section of your race account profile, along with details for collection.
- How do I collect the finisher medal (Premium race category only)?
Between 22 September and 31 October 2025, 11am to 9pm, participants must present the finisher medal e-Coupon in person at the designated Link’s Malls Customer Service Counters listed below:
- Jurong Point: JP2, Level 3 (entrance of Mongkok)
- AMK Hub: Level 2 (near Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine)
- Can I collect my goodie bag or finisher medal at a different mall from the one I selected at point of registration (e.g. I selected Jurong Point, but want to collect at AMK Hub)?
No. Collection must be made strictly at the mall you have selected during registration. Changes to the selected collection location are not allowed, and the Organiser reserves the right to refuse collection at unselected locations.
