Redemption of Points for carpark credits is available via the L Privileges app only.
Only carpark credits that have been successfully credited to member’s wallet in L Privileges app can be used to offset parking charges at AMK Hub and/or Jurong Point.
Parking charges will automatically be deducted from Member’s Carpark wallet in L Privileges app as the vehicle exits AMK Hub and/or Jurong Point carpark. Where carpark credits redeemed are insufficient to cover the required parking charges, the balance will be deducted from the vehicle’s cashcard.
It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that the correct vehicle IU number is keyed into his or her account via the L Privileges app. No refund or exchange will be made should an incorrect vehicle IU number be registered.
All carpark credits redeemed during the period from 1 January to 30 June (both dates inclusive) will expire on 30 September in the same year. All carpark credits redeemed during the period from 1 July to 31 December (both dates inclusive) will expire on 31 March in the following calendar year.
It is the responsibility of the member to check on the balance of his carpark credits and the expiry date via the Programme Mobile Application. All carpark credits will automatically expire and be forfeited upon the expiry date. There will strictly be no extension, refund or exchange of expired carpark credits
Points deducted for redemption of the carpark credits are not refundable.
The Management shall not be responsible for any error, omission, delay or loss of carpark credits as a result of technical malfunction or any error attributed to the L Privileges app, L Privileges website and vendors.
The Management reserves the right to change the redemption offer and/or these terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice.
