General Terms & Conditions

1.Each shopper can donate new toys to AMK Hub Customer Service Counter at Level 2.
2.All toys donated will be checked during the point of registration.
3.No soft toys or weapon toys will be collected.
4.Each shopper is required to write their name on the gift tag that will be displayed on the gift.
5.Each shopper who donated will receive a $5 AMK Hub e-voucher. This is limited to 1 redemption per shopper for the entire initiative.
6.All shoppers must be a L Privileges member to receive the $5 e-voucher.
7.All donations will be handled over to Teck Ghee Constituency for their allocation to the underprivileged children.
8.Allocation of the gifts will be at the discretion of Teck Ghee Constituency.
9.The organizers reserves the right to reject any toys that is deemed unacceptable for the exchange.
10.This exercise/ activity is for a good cause. Once a toy is donated, it is non-refundable nor exchangeable. The mall and its event organizers will not be liable for any toys exchanged. All toys collected are curated and in good condition at the point of collection.
11.The organizer reserves the right to end it prematurely and the right to turn away any customer/shopper, without any reason given.
12.By participating, you are required to provide your personal data and be contacted in connection with the campaign. You also have the option to receive AMK Hub and its tenants’ latest promotions/events via your email address.
13.All information stated is correct at the time of printing. The organizer reserves the right to change all Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
