General Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is exclusive to L Privileges members to qualify for any redemption.
2. L Privileges members are required to present their member QR code at the point of transaction and ensure transactions have been captured in their member account to qualify.
3. A minimum spend of $20 per receipt is required to qualify for points and redemptions.
4. Spend $60 in a single receipt, including Supermarket receipt to purchase a blind bag at $6.
5. Receipts can only be used for one (1) redemption, unless otherwise stated. Limited to the first 300 redemptions, limited to one (1) redemption per shopper for the entire campaign, regardless of total spending.
6. All redemptions must be made in person on the same day of purchase during stated promotion periods at Level 2 Customer Service Counter (opposite Valu$), unless otherwise stated. Redemption cannot be done on behalf of third party.
7. Original same-day receipt(s) must be presented at point of redemption.
8. All original receipt(s) received by shoppers after 10pm will be eligible for redemption(s) the following day. Subject to availability. No further extension shall be given thereafter.
9. No combination of purchases across accounts allowed. Spending transactions have to be credited to the same account.
10. Redemptions are open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and foreigners except for staff from Swing By @ Thomson Plaza’s outlets.
11. Strictly no reservation, exchange and/or refund of redemptions/giftsVouchers and gifts are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
12. Credit card/NETS charge slip, handwritten, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) are not eligible. Receipts from Singpost transactions, parking coupons, cashcard/stored-value card top-ups, membership card, purchase of gift vouchers, AXS/SAM machine transactions, bill payments, lottery tickets, money changers, banks, financial services, medical clinics, pushcarts and atrium roadshows are not eligible for redemptions.
13. All images published are for illustration purposes only. Swing By @ Thomson Plaza reserves all rights to change the items without prior notice. Other terms & conditions apply.
14. The organizer reserves the right to end it prematurely and the right to turn away any customer/shopper, without any reason given.
15. By participating, you are required to provide your personal data and be contacted in connection with the campaign. You also have the option to receive Swing By @ Thomson Plaza and its tenants’ latest promotions/events via your email address.
16. All information stated is correct at the time of printing. The organizer reserves the right to change all Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
