Wadori (&JOY Japanese Food Street)

Charcoal-grilled Yakitori (Japanese skewers), a popular street food in Japan, is served at Wadori. Wadori at &JOY Dining Hall will be the first to serve yakitori grilled over binchō-tan, a special white charcoal from Japan prized for its ability to seal in the natural flavours of the food. The end product is an irresistibly aromatic and flavourful Japanese bliss on a stick.
