1. This Promotion and E-coupon is exclusive only for members registered under Jurong Point Corporate Privileges Programme.
2. This Promotion and E-coupon is available for walk-in purchase on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
3. This Promotion and E-coupon is only applicable for use at Haidilao @ Jurong Point, JP1 #01-47 via app by 2 Oct 2025. Applicable from Monday to Thursday, for dine-in only.  
4. This E-coupon is for 31% off dishes only in a single receipt. The discount is before service charge and GST. The discount does not include soup bases/ condiments/ side dishes/ snacks/ beverages. Not valid for takeaway and delivery.
5. For usage, the member must present the unused and unexpired E-coupon via mobile app at point of sale at respective retailer for verification. The member shall present the Deals QR Code to retailer for the redemption. Here are the retailer’s conditions:
- Applicable on dishes only. Discount does not include soup bases/ condiments/ side dishes/ snacks/ beverages. Discount is limited to 1 e-coupon per table. Not valid with any other in-store promotions, set meals, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, redemptions and/or Member privileges. 
6. A screenshot of the E-coupon will not be accepted.
7. This E-coupon cannot be replaced if it has been unlawfully obtained, or has been expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.
8. Retailer may choose to refuse the use of any E-coupons which, in its opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, or has been expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.
9. This E-coupon is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
10. No refund or change will be given if the value of the E-coupon presented to a participating retailer exceeds the amount payable.
11. The Management shall not be responsible for any error, omission, delay or loss of E-coupon as a result of technical malfunction or any error attributed to the app, website and vendors.
12. The Management reserves the right to change the redemption offer and/or these terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice.
13. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Management will be final.
