Introduction

 

  1. This Promotion is exclusive to members of the L Privileges Programme (“L Privileges”). Shoppers may download the L Privileges app (the “App”) and sign up as a new member (or log-in as an existing member) to qualify and participate in the Promotion.

     

  2. This Promotion is organized by Link Property Management (Redwood) Private Limited (“Link”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion is organized and managed solely by Link, and neither Apple (whether via the Apple App Store or otherwise) nor Google (whether via Google Play or otherwise) is the sponsor or connected to the Promotion in any way whatsoever.

     

  3. By participating in this Promotion, such member (i) shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by Link, (ii) and the decisions of Link in relation to and in connection with this Promotion.

    Campaign Period

     

  4. The campaign period for accumulation of Bidding E-Tickets through spending to enter the Promotion is from 1000 hrs on 14 March to 1300 hrs on 26 April 2025 (both days inclusive).

     

  5. Link reserves the right to adjust the campaign period stated in paragraph 4 at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notification or assignment of reason thereof.

    Entering the Promotion

     

  6. With every S$30 of qualifying spending in a single receipt (whether in digital form or otherwise) at participating retailers, members may scan their QR code in the App at such participating retailers’ stores (at the selected malls) to receive thirty (30) Bidding E-Tickets to participate in the In-Person Bidding Event to win the prizes, capped at a maximum of 1,000 Bidding E-Tickets per day of the campaign period, regardless of the amount spent. In this connection, the lists of “participating retailers” and selected malls are as follows:

  7. The term “qualifying spending” means transactions that are scanned at point of purchase at participating retailers, which does not include supermarket/hypermarket purchases, purchases of gift vouchers, lottery tickets, course/school fees, payment of bills, medical/dental clinics, any transactions from SISTIC, pawn shops, moneychanger, bank/insurance services, and any other financial institutions' transactions, pushcarts and temporary roadshow at Jurong Point.
    • 7A.Link may reject any tax invoice, receipts and/or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
    • 7B.Link reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the member and the tax invoice(s) / receipt(s) before processing the redemption of Bidding E-Tickets for participation in the In-Person Bidding Event.

    Eligibility

     

  8. The Promotion is open to all members of L Privileges who possess a valid and live account from the commencement of the campaign period to the In-Person Bidding Event date (both dates inclusive). By participating in the Promotion, you hereby warrant and represent that the information provided under “My Profile” of the App is accurate, complete, and true. Link reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible member in its absolute discretion, if there are any reasonable grounds to believe that such member may have contravened or will contravene any of the T&Cs set out herein.
  9. The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion:
    1. all permanent or contract employees (“Employees”) of Link, whether permanent or contract, including Link’s affiliates, subsidiaries and any related companies; and
    2. (if applicable) all agencies and/or service providers engaged by Link (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotion agencies, printing companies, event management agencies and any persons assisting or who are involved in the Promotion) and their Employees and Immediate Family Member. and Immediate Family Members.
  10. Link shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of members and such determination shall be final and conclusive and Link shall not be obliged to provide any reason for its determination.

    Promotion and Prizes

  11. The winners of the In-Person Bidding Event will be notified after the event concludes (in accordance with such information provided by the winner in his/her member profile within the App) on 26 Apr. If a winner does not respond to Link after the event concludes or fails to comply with any instructions in relation to his/her prize as specified by Link where applicable, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Link shall be entitled to either draw another winner subsequently or donate such prize (where feasible) to a registered charity organization of Link’s choice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
  12. The redemption of prizes by the winners will be as follows:
    1. For digital prizes which may include (but is not limited to) L Privileges e-vouchers, points, carpark credits or coupon, the same will be automatically credited to such winner’s L Privileges account within 7 days from the In-Person Bidding Event, subject to satisfactory verification as conducted by Link.
    2. For physical prizes, Link will notify the winner of the bid from the In-Person Bidding Event on 26 Apr, enclosing instructions to the winner regarding the collection or redemption of the prize from such retailer’s store or the customer service counter (as the case may be) (collectively, the “Redemption Instructions”), subject to satisfactory verification as conducted by Link. Where the issuance of an email containing the Redemption Instructions is not viable for whatsoever reasons, Link will use reasonable endeavors to contact such winner by phone and request the winner to furnish a valid email address for receipt of the Redemption Instructions, and in the event that such winner remains uncontactable for whatsoever reasons, Link may at its sole and absolute discretion elect to forfeit such prize and either draw another winner or donate the prize to a registered charity organization of Link’s choice.
  13. All prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credits, benefits-in-kind or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Where prizes contain any specific date for which such prize must be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained and if any such prize is not utilized by such date, that prize shall be forfeited, and the winner shall not be entitled to any other compensation. Link hereby expressly disclaims any warranties, express or implied, in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
  14. Link reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with items of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notice or assigning of any reason.
  15. Link and/or any of the sponsors of the prizes stated in paragraph 12 hereby make no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any of the prizes. The prizes provided shall be on an “as-is” basis.
  16. Link reserves the right to disqualify any winner if there are any reasonable grounds to believe that such member may have contravened or will contravene any of the T&Cs set out herein, including but not limited to any fraudulent and dishonest behavior in the earning and accumulation of Bidding E-Tickets to participate in the Promotion, and any such prize may be subsequently revoked and/or reclaimed for its monetary value (as the case may be).

     

    Use of Personal Information

     

  17. By entering the Promotion, the participating members are deemed to have consented to:
    1. the collection, use and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice and/or likeness by Link for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law; and
    2. the collection, processing, storage, disclosure or otherwise of his/her personal data by Link for the purposes of conducting and administering the Promotion. The term “personal data” has the same meaning ascribed to it in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012).

     

    Liability and Responsibility

     

  18. Link, its Employees, agents or distributors, shall not in any circumstances be liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize or participation in this Promotion except where it is caused or occasioned by the gross negligence or willful default of Link, its Employees, agents or distributors. Each participating member of the Promotion hereby agrees to indemnify Link and hold Link harmless against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with his or her participation in this Promotion.
  19. Link will not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, breaches of security, internet line failure, theft, destruction of or unauthorized access to entries, computer glitches (whether or not arising during operations or transmission) as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside of its control relating to the Promotion including but not limited to any error in notification to prize winners.

     

    General

     

  20. The decision of Link regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  21. Link reserves the right to void, cancel, amend or suspend the Promotion at its sole and absolute discretion.
  22. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Promotion, in particular that relate to the prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Link and its affiliates and contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates
  23. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the T&Cs herein and any other advertisements, promotional, publicity materials in relation to the Promotion, the T&Cs herein shall prevail.
  24. These T&Cs are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 2001 of Singapore to enforce any provision of these T&Cs.
  25. These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participating members and winners agree to irrevocably and unconditionally submit any claim or dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Bidding Rules:

  • To participate in the In-Person Bidding Event, participants must RSVP their interest on our response form and have a minimum of 180 Bidding E-Tickets.
  • Registration starts 1 hour prior, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • When the product listed for bidding (the “Item”) is revealed, participants are to raise their bid hand and declare the number of Bidding E-Tickets they would like to bid during the In-Person Bidding Event.
  • Only bids acknowledged by the host during the In-Person Bidding Event will be accepted and qualify for the In-Person Bidding Event.
  • Bidding for each Item will start from the indicated minimum number of E-Tickets as mentioned, and each Item will be available for bidding for a period of two minutes to four minutes.
  • A countdown timer will be shown on the screen during the In-Person Bidding Event.
  • Upon the end of the bidding period for each Item, the host will announce the highest bidder. Any participant who raises their bid hand after the bidding period have ended will not be accepted.
  • The participant with the winning bid will be noted down and contacted for the verification of Bidding

    E-Tickets after the In-Person Bidding Event concludes.

  • If there are no bidders for the prize, Jurong Point has the right to relist the prize for bidding for either session.
  • Jurong Point, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any Item that was affected by any malfunction.
  • By participating in the In-Person Bidding Event, participants will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional materials and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications as may be made from time to time.
  • Jurong Point's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained. Jurong Point reserves the right to amend or change the Terms and Conditions herein at any time without prior notice. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions shall result in forfeiture of participation in this In-Person Bidding Event.
