Shoppers can purchase 1 Fortune Bag福袋 at $28 or $38 with up to 1.5X to 2X its retail value with a minimum spending of $88 (max. 2 same-day receipts).   1. Shoppers will need to download the mobile app and register as a member to qualify for any redemption.
  2. Members are required to present their member QR code at the point of transaction and ensure transactions have been captured in their member account to qualify.
  3. A minimum spend of $20 per receipt is required for redemption/ accumulation of points excluding supermarket/hypermarket receipts.
  4. Limited to 500 bags weekly (300 bags per brand, 500 bags for Haidilao), 1 purchase per shopper daily. First-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  5. PayNow payment only.
  6. Redemption must be made in person on the same day of purchase at the JP2 L3 Customer Service Counter.         
  7. Original same-day, same-mall receipt(s) must be presented at point of redemption.
  8. No combination of purchases across accounts allowed. Spending transactions have to be credited to the same account.
  9. Redemptions are open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and foreigners except for tenants-staffs/staffs from Jurong Point.
  10. Please check that all items redeemed are correct at point of redemption.  Strictly no reservation, exchange, and refund of redemptions/premiums.  All images published are for illustration purposes only.  Jurong Point reserves all rights to change the items without prior notice.
  11. Vouchers and premiums are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
  12. Credit card/NETS charge slip, handwritten, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) are not eligible.
  13. Receipts from Singpost transactions, parking coupons, cashcard/stored-value card top-ups, membership card, purchase of gift vouchers, AXS/SAM machine transactions, bill payments, lottery tickets, money changers, banks, financial services, medical clinics, pushcarts and atrium roadshows are not eligible for redemptions.
